The room at Strimon Garden Medical Spa Hotel was so cozy and comfortable, with luxurious furnishings and a private bathroom.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the view from the double room. But hey, everyone has their own preferences!

breakfast not very varied, comfortable beds

The hotel is fairly clean and fantastic, offers exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in a quiet area which is contributing to the relaxation side of things. The breakfast variety is varied with green beans from the can, a set meal plus thermal water, excellent service. Huge rooms complete with balcony, single beds plus nice decor, very helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was the wonderful breakfast, which included delicious vegan options. The hotel's location was convenient, with close proximity to an art gallery and the main street. The pool and parking facilities were also great additions to the overall experience.

We liked the hotel in total, specially the outdoor pool, even if it is located outside the hotel. The pool from the inner area is not very big. The breakfast is very good and varied.

Sometimes loud music at breakfast. The hotel was absolutely full, therefore a little bit difficult with the parking.

the property was fabulous with fast staff at the reception desk, i truly enjoyed the stay. the location was marvellous and decent for traveling around kyustendil, not far from the art gallery. i ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel.

We've been coming back to this hotel for years, usually once or twice a year, and each time it's a wonderful experience. The main reason we keep returning is for the healing powers of the water, especially for our grandma who had a burn accident. The SPA center and staff are exceptional, providing top-notch treatment and assistance. The facilities, including the sauna, steam bath, and swimming pool, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner options cater to different dietary preferences, including vegan choices. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and pleasant, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect reasonably spacious hotel with a nice pool and views of street. Good service, gentle and super-friendly staff during stay. Great-sized room with central heating, pay television and a safe for a REALLY NICE stay. Rich and free breakfast, stunning location to a pedestrian street.

The facilities at Strimon Garden are fantastic for families with 2 small kids. The spa offers a variety of options and the staff is helpful and polite. The hotel is conveniently located near the center and a great restaurant called Friends.

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The spa facilities were a nice feature. The town had a lot to offer, and the hotel's location made it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was quite small, and there was no place to hang jackets. The towels were limited, and there was no way to dry them except in the room, which made the room smell musty.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of sun loungers at the outdoor pool during peak hours. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel and its amenities.

The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area, but still very close to the city center, which made it easy for us to stroll around and try out some of the nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel also had good parking and easy transportation options.

Nothing not to love in this city!

We recently stayed at a hotel for our romantic escape. The spa was amazing, offering a variety of treatments to select from. We loved the indoor jacuzzi that was very relaxing, and the cleanliness of the whole facility was impressive. The key location of the hotel provided us with an easy access to many places we wanted to visit. the bed was super comfortable, which gave us a good night's rest.

The service was not satisfactory; some staff members were rude and impatient.
